SAVTEL is responsible for the after-sales service of your equipment. SAVTEL puts its know-how at your disposal to carry out the diagnosis, repair or standard exchange of ANEP electronic devices and cards. For this, you can return the product in its original packaging or drop it off on site. In the case of a device out of warranty, an estimate will be sent to you for acceptance.
